

ANA CAROLINA WEBER

The firm’s main focus is Ana Carolina Weber’s work as an arbitrator and legal expert in arbitration disputes, in Brazil and abroad, and in providing consulting services to clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission, especially in administrative sanctioning proceedings.
Her practice focuses on contractual, corporate, and capital market disputes, with emphasis on controversies based on Law No. 6,404/1976, Law No. 6,385/1976, investment fund regulation, M&A transactions, national and international commercial contracts, energy contracts, and construction contracts.
Her work as an arbitrator takes place in domestic and international proceedings, as chair, co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator, and emergency arbitrator, appointed by indication of the parties, co-arbitrators, or the arbitration institution. She has experience as an arbitrator in proceedings administered by the Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC), the Market Arbitration Chamber (CAM-B3), the Chamber of Business Mediation and Arbitration (CAMARB), the CIESP/FIESP Mediation and Arbitration Chamber (CMA), the Arbitration and Mediation Center of AMCHAM Brasil (CAM-AMCHAM), the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), and the FGV Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration (FGV). In addition to Portuguese, she has conducted proceedings in English and Spanish. The founding partner is assisted by a team with strong academic specialization in corporate, civil, and international law.
